The Fashion Photographer will explore new ways of presenting our merchandise and brands; accenting the quality, details, and special features through lifestyle photography and creative image editing.

* Communication and coordination with Marketing teams to generate multiple purposes for fashion editorial content.
* Operate digital cameras and equipment effectively to obtain high quality photographs.
* Maintain expertise in editing software and apply techniques to edit digital images.
* Distribute and archive photography according to assignments and requests.
* Follow standards for product and image photography on Buckle.com.
* Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team in setting standards for product and image photography on Buckle.com that represents and appeals to our diverse product and Guest mix.
* Provide content to the Internal Marketing team for placement on social channels.
* Research and understand the merchandise plan for each season and present ideas for seasonal fashion content topics.
* Present innovative ideas for photographing our product selection through various Channels, including Email, Store Signage, and Digital Creative.
* Understand marketing results for content projects and apply results and research to future planning and recommendations.
* Provide suggestions for supplemental content topics and photography concepts.
* Cull, refine and edit imagery in line with creative direction for each specific DA (Digital Asset).
* Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
* Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
