We have an exciting opportunity for an Architecture Photographer who is eager to advance their career with an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm! As a Photographer at EAPC, you will be instrumental in promoting EAPC's brand identity through visuals that set us apart and reflect the firm's innovation and vision.

As an Architecture Photographer at EAPC, you will:

* Capture architectural essence: Apply advanced visual design principles to photograph both under-construction and completed architecture projects, ensuring EAPCs branding and aesthetic standards are maintained.
* Showcase project details: Highlight structural form, material textures, lighting design, and space functionality through dynamic and contextually accurate compositions.
* Manage multiple projects: Oversee the photography of several simultaneous projects (including architectural and culture-based shoots) to meet monthly marketing and content goals.
* Contribute to promotional efforts: Provide high-quality digital photography for various marketing uses, including social media, websites, print materials, qualification packets, proposals, and event documentation (e.g., project grand openings, open houses).
* Collaborate with teams: Work with the Marketing Director, Principals, and Project/Office Managers on creating shot lists, scheduling shoots, staging interiors, and managing the post-production process, including edits and approvals.
* Maintain brand standards: Ensure all visuals are consistent with EAPCs brand identity and align with the firms strategic positioning.
* Stay current with trends: Continuously seek professional development and stay current on the latest architectural photography techniques, equipment advancements, and software updates to ensure industry-leading quality.
* Capture employee headshots: Regularly photograph new employees and update headshots for existing staff, ensuring consistency with lighting, backgrounds, and styles.
* Capture team collaboration and events: Document office culture, picnics, holiday parties, charity involvement, and community outreach to emphasize EAPCs vibrant and engaged company culture.

To join us, you should have:

* 2+ years of professional photography experience, with an emphasis in architectural photography.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom. Other programs such as DaVinci Resolve and Luminar AI is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate progress effectively, and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
* Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail, especially regarding architectural nuances.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Valid driver's license
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Compensation is based on the applicant's skills, education, and other qualifications.
